Multiple interactions between pullulanase secretion components involved in stabilization and cytoplasmic membrane association of PulE

Results demonstrate that in the dynamic interactions between components for the pullulanase secretion, PulL specifically stabilizes and anchors PulE to the cytoplasmic membrane. Data indicate that not all components of the protein are required for secretory protein recognition and its specificity.
