The OECD/NEA FIRE Database: an update: The Fire Incidents Records Exchange (FIRE) Database is one of the nuclear power plant (NPP) operational events database projects operated under the auspices of the OECD/NEA covering detailed information on fire events at NPP sites from fourteen NEA member countries-Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Japan, Korea, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the USA. The project was officially launched in 2001 and is currently in its sixth phase (2020-2022)
