Abstract

The stocks of industrial companies are good values, according to several analysts. Their values are expected to increase in 2001 if the Federal Reserve Board decides to lower interest rates in early 2001 in response to a slowing of the economy. Several stocks are recommended, including DuPont and Caterpillar.
