Abstract
- Results demonstrate that Ras proteins exist in distinct Ras/GTP isoforms and only few of them can bind to wild-type Ras binding domain. Data indicate that cRaf-1 Ras binding domain exhibits elelvated Ras binding, much of it belonging to v-H-Ras type of binding domain.
