The Chaos of the Iraqi Constitutional System and Failure of Government

This study attempts to present and analyze the chaotic nature of the Iraqi constitutional system since 2005 and its impact on the political-economic and social crises. The study also seeks to explore sectarian problems and political quotas that emerged due to the existence of a deep gap between the culture of reactionary parties that do not believe in the democratic modern state, the philosophy of liberal democracy, institutionalism, the separation of powers, or respect for human rights.
