Abstract

The author attempts to use evolutionary theory to explain gendered differences in human behavior in context of evolutionary psychology. This article concludes that evolutionary psychology is unsupportable and does not account for diversity in gender differences, and that gender differences should be understood as developing out of complex and variable interactions occurring between biology and environment.
