Abstract

This article describes infrastructure development project for augmenting drinking water supply from Lake Mead in Las Vegas, Nevada. The $2-billion plan includes pipeline alignments, intake placements, and construction of treatment plants and pumping stations encompassing a 35,000 square feet construction site.
