Abstract

Synthesis of the tertiary semiconductor CdIn(sub)2S(sub)4 nanorods involves converting CdS nanorods via the hydrothermal route. Data show that the typical sizes of the nanorods range between 10 to 30 nanometer in diameter and 200 to 1000 nanometer in length.
