Abstract: The diastereoselective synthesis of 2-amino-3,6-dihydroxynorbornanecarboxylic acid and 2-amino-3,5,6-trihydroxynorbornanecarboxylic acids has been conducted. The possibility of the nucleus polarity change and biological properties change has been investigated.
