Abstract: Research has been conducted on the amidines interactions with tetrazoles. The binding of the tetrazole to the N,N'-diethyl-substituted benzamidine has been investigated via X-ray crystallography, solution NMR methods and electrospray mass spectrometry and the results are presented.
