Interpretation of the reversible inhibition of adenosine deaminase by small cosolutes in terms of molecular crowding

Research has been conducted on the small cosolutes. The inhibitory effects of these cosolutes on the adenosine deamination by adenosine deaminase have been investigated and the results indicate that the inhibitory effects on sucrose, dioxane, methanol and ethanol are consistent with the thermodynamic interruption in terms of the molecular crowding effects.
