Abstract
- Research has been conducted on the homodimer chaperone DnaJ which contains cysteine residues and Zn(II) ions forming zinc fingers. Results indicate that DnaJ has ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid-inhibited reductase activity and little isomerase activity.
