Abstract: Research has been conducted on the Anabaena apoflavodoxin. The folding reaction of this apoflavodoxin has been investigated via the site-directed mutagenesis and stopped-flow kinetics and the results indicate that a transient monomeric intermediate accumulates in the cause of the reaction.
