A general equilibrium analysis of Jordan's trade liberalization

A computable general equilibrium model has been used to analyze Jordan's trade policies. It is suggested that the Uruguay Round and the implementation of a Free Trade Agreement would improve the country's welfare and that the Uruguay Round would create trade in terms of both exports and imports.
