Abstract

Research has been conducted on the cis-dienelactone enzymatic transformation. The results of the (super)1 H nuclear magnetic resonance assay analysis used to study this transformation have demonstrated that that product of the cis-dienelactone hydrolase reaction is maleylacetate.
