Multiple conformations of NAD and NADH when bound to human cytosolic and mitochondrial aldehyde dehydrogenase

The solution spectroscopic analysis demonstrate that the coenzymes NAD and NADH bind to human liver cytosol and mitochondrial aldehyde dehydrogenase 1 and 2. Data indicate that the coenzymes maintain conformational mobilities throughout the enzyme catalytic cycle.
