International: obstacles for international performing artists

The special tax treatment of international performing artists is discussed. Examples are presented to illustrate the excessive taxation of international performing artists. The Netherlands and the United Kingdom are said to be good examples of how the taxation of international performing artists can be transformed into a system which is both fair and modern.
