Abstract
- Research has been conducted on Mytilus edulis PEP mutase. The crystal structure of this mutase in complex with the substrate-analogue inhibitor has been investigated and the results indicate that the phosphoryl group transfer occurs on PEP Si-face with the configuration retention at phosphorus.
