Abstract
- Comparisons of corn crop-loss reporting methods produced no statistically significant differences between on-the-ground estimates and mean estimates reported by farmers. Data were obtained from 222 randomly sampled cornfields in Pennsylvania. Categories include average wildlife-related losses and losses produced by white-tailed deer.
