Abstract
- Children with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) have smaller brains than other children and this difference persists as they grow older. This was the conclusion of a study of 152 children and teenagers with ADHD and 139 children without ADHD. This supports the theory that a genetic or environmental factor early in life may cause ADHD.
