Abstract
- This article examines some of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission's translation requirements and electronic filing rules for foreign issuers of securities through the Electronic Data Gathering Analysis and Retrieval (EDGAR). The article finds that EDGAR filings provided access advantages that may compensate for any inconveniences associated with the system.
