Abstract

Research has been conducted on NADPH:2-ketopropyl-coenzyme M oxoreductase/carboxylase. The three-dimensional structure of this compound has been determined via the use of isomorphous replacement and anpmalous scattering method and the results demonstrate that the compound is a mebmer of the NADPH:disulfide oxidoreductase family.
