Abstract: Research has been conducted on dimethyl sulfoxide reductase from Rhodobacter capsulatus. The construction of the system used for expression site-directed mutants of this reductase in the natural host in order to generate and express dimethyl sulfoxide reductase with Y114F mutantion is described.
