Board Books from the Board of Trustees Meetings

This series contains the Director's copies of board books from the quarterly meetings of the Board of Trustees at the Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute. The books contain copies of departmental and committee reports, the director's report, minutes from the previous meetings, and recent newspaper clippings about the Clark. There are also occasionally loose pages of notes and marginal notations from the director.
