Commercial style buildings line the street, businesses include the Pearl Street Grill and the Vogue Theatre. Shows parapets, cornices, awnings and a marquee. The marquee reads: "The Vogue" and "Colorado Blues Society Presents Pat Donahue and Mary Flower Live Sept. 30 8 PM." A false, shaped wooden parapet reads" Pearl Street Grill."
