Abstract
- A black and white photograph of old Pitt. Building at the corner of Mill Street and Main Avenue. [Closer to corner of Phelps Street and Main Avenue.] Sign on top of building, "Springfield Has It." There are two chimneys on top of the building. There is a elevated water tank. The building is of brick construction. There are street car tracks along Main Avenue. Main Avenue is still a dirt street. Along the stone curb on Main Avenue is a matched team of horses. E. E. O'Byrne Transfer, Moving and Storage, Coal and Wood office and J. J. Dil[unknown] Barber Shop, Baths in foreground.
