Abstract

Iraq is a state settled Turkish in the period of Seljuk State, Musul and Erbil Sultanate, Ilhanlıs, Karakoyunlus, Akkoyunlus and Safevi. It was conrolled by Ottoman Empire in 1534 and it was continued 384 years. Than it was given over to English. With Ankara Treaty in 5th June 1926, the authority of Ottoman Empire ended and Iraq Turkish in this area became minority.Tukish literary language costum has very improved past (in this state) that trained Nesimî, Fuzulî, Bağdatlı Ruhî and a lot of famous Turkish poets in Ottoman period. Literary language was formed in Anatolia effected Iraq. For Iraq Turkmen Literature this time was the Ottoman Turkish period.After 1920’s Iraq secured independence, Iraq Turkmen Literature was a minority literature. But Iraq Turkmens followed literary language and literature in Turkey in this period.Since 1958 subverted the monarchy Turkish literature and publishing was subdued(tense kullanımı). Turkmen writters and poets faced prosecution and massacre in this period. Repressive applications are continued carry or maintain today by others.In spite of everything everything Iraq Turkmen literary continued to follow Turkey Turkish. Iraq Turkmen dialects use everyday life and parol literature but ıt’s not used in formal writting language. Iraq Turkmens follow Turkey about the alphabet despite all coactions. Irak; Selçuklu Devleti, Musul ve Erbil atabeylikleri, İlhanlılar, Karakoyunlular, Akkoyunlular ve Safevîler döneminde Türklerin yerleştiği bir ülkedir. 1534’te Osmanlı Devleti’nin yönetimi altına girmiş ve 384 yıl Osmanlı idaresi altında kaldıktan sonra 1918’de İngilizlere terk edilmiştir. 5 Haziran 1926’da Ankara Anlaşmasıyla Musul’un kesin olarak Türk hakimiyetinden çıkmasıyla birlikte Irak Türkleri bu bölgede azınlık haline gelmiştir.Osmanlı döneminde başta Nesimî, Fuzulî, Bağdatlı Ruhî gibi pek çok büyük Türk şairini yetiştiren bu ülkede, Türk yazı dili geleneği çok köklü bir geçmişe sahiptir.
