- ELECTRONIC FILE CHARACTERISTICS: 26 files; ArcInfo and data files. PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: 1 CD-ROM and 1 hard-copy document; 4 3/4 in.; 2.62 MB. ABSTRACT: This BRAC Cleanup Report (BCP) was prepared by EARTH TECH (The Earth Technology Corporation) under Contract Number DAAA15-91-D-0009, for the U.S. Army Environmental Center. The purpose of this document is to describe the status and strategy of the installation's ongoing BRAC environmental restoration program and associated compliance programs. This BCP is a nonregulatory planning document which was developed by a BRAC Cleanup Team (BCT) consisting of installation, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and State Environmental Agency representatives. The planning process is dynamic; as such, the status and strategies presented in this document are a `snapshot in time". The BCP is not a compliance assessment; record reviews, site inspections, sampling or other actions to verify the presence or extent of contamination, and/or compliance with regulatory requirements were not conducted by EARTH TECH in order to prepare this document. Given these understandings, EARTH TECH does not make any guarantee or assume any liability with respect to the use of information within this plan.
