スピードブレーキの舵効きにおける変則性の原因を明らかにするオイルフロー予備試験

In the development of H-2 Orbiting Plane Experimental (HOPE-X) now in progress, the anomaly in lateral properties of the control effect on the speed brakes at the fuselage rear top has become the elemental technical problem that should be settled. To clarify the cause of the anomaly, low speed six component force measurement and oil flow visualization tests were performed as a preliminary test with the ALFLEX (Automatic Landing Flight Experiment) model. In the flow pattern that appears on the fuselage surface around the right and left speed brakes, necklace eddies (horseshoe type eddies) have been observed around the root of the brake. This phenomenon is considered to be related to the anomaly.
現在進められているHOPE-X(宇宙往還技術試験機)開発において、胴体後方上面に装着されたスピードブレーキの舵効きにおける横・方向特性の変則性が解決すべき要素技術課題になった。この変則性の原因を明らかにするために、予備風試としてALFLEX(小型自動着陸実験)模型を使用し、低速での6分力測定やオイルフロー可視化試験を実施した。左右スピードブレーキ周辺の胴体表面に現れるフローパターンを観察すると、左右スピードブレーキの付け根周りに首飾り渦巻(馬蹄形渦巻)が発生し、この振る舞いが変則性に関連していると推察される。
