Abstract

On the obverse side is a picture of the head of George V and around it are the words, "GEORGIVS V BRITT: OMN: REX ET IND: IMP:," translated as George V King of all of Britain and Emperor of India." The reverse side features a picture of St. George riding a horse and carrying a sword. The sun is shining down on them and there are waves in the background. The horse is stomping on a Prussian shield and to the left of the shield is a skull and crossbones. Along the edge are the dates "1914" and "1918."
