Snímač tepu integrovaný v počítačové myši

Cílem této práce je navrhnout a zhotovit snímač tepové frekvence, zabudovaný v počítačové myši. Řešení využívá principu fotopletysmografie. Akviziční sestava byla zhotovena za pomocí vyrobeného optického detektoru, platformy Arduino a programu Matlab pro zpracování zaznamenaného signálu ze senzoru a pro závěrečný výpočet pulzu.
The aim of this work is to design and establish computer mouse with in-build heart beat detector. The principles of photopletysmography were used for detector design. The heart beat detector consists from detector, Arduino, and Matlab program for signal analysis and beat rate computation.
