United States Army Anchor brand canvas belt with buttons

This khaki-colored belt appears to be an Anchor brand American canvas belt with a metal buckle. Affixed to the belt are a total of 21 mostly American and British Army tunic buttons. There are four larger badges on the belt as well. The badges include those of the British RAOC [Royal Army Ordnance Corps], the British Royal Engineers, the United States Army Corps of Engineers and the United States Army Coast Artillery Corps.
