Biologicky odbouratelné polymery II

Tato práce obsahuje stručné základní informace o polymerních látkách. Jsou zde uvedeny konkrétní typy polymerů - rozdělené na syntetické a biopolymery, jejich výskyt, výroba (případně syntézy) a pokud se jedná o biodegradabilní polymery, jsou uvedeny i informace o jejich biodegradovatelnosti. Dále jsou sepsány informace o různých typech degradací podle činitelů. Jsou zde také uvedeny normy a testy, kterými lze určit, zda je polymer biodegradabilní, jak degraduje a za jakých podmínek. Konkrétně se v mé práci zabývám biodegradací a biologicky odbouratelnými polymery, takže v poslední části jsou shrnuty informace o využití biodegradabilních polymerů v různých oblastech, hlavně tedy využití ve zdravotnictví.
This thesis includes brief background information about polymeric materials. There are specific types of polymers mentioned - split into synthetic and biopolymers, their occurrence, production (or synthesis) and in case of biodegradable polymers, their biodegradability is mentioned as well. Further written information consists of different types of degradation according to factors. Tests and various standards that are used to determine whether the polymer is biodegradable, how it degrades and under what conditions, are also listed. Specifically, my thesis deals with the biodegradation and biodegradable polymers. Therefore the last part summarizes information about the use of biodegradable polymers in different areas, mainly their use in medicine and health care.
