Suelos del Norte de la Sierra de Francia

The soils distribution in the North slope of "Sierra de Francia" has been studied. There is one catena of soils: podsolic soils, cambisols and acrisols, from the top to the low zone. The youngest ones are the podsolic soils, and acrisols are the oldest ones, (peleosoils). These groups of soils are associated with a differents morphological surfaces. The strong weathering of paleozoic this bassament was observated; thisbasament is relic.
