Disciplina generale e discipline speciali della nullità: l'invalidità del contratto di lavoro

In the article, the Author analyzes the relation between general private law and special laws, focusing on the invalidity of contract. In particular, he examines the matter of the «special nullity», introduced by special provisions in order to protect the weaker party of a contract with asymmetric bargaining power. Different nullities in the labour contract are then analyzed, focusing on the nexus between them and the interest that they should protect.
