Analytical review of modern informational systems and technologies for sanatorium activity management

Abstract

The current article contains detailed information about technologies and systems of nowadays for achieving best solutions in sanatorium management. The most popular software and middleware for sanatorium management in CIS countries is mostly Russian and foreign non-Ukrainian development. Among them are: “Respect: Managing sanatorium, eds. 1.0 “ is based on the 1C Management-8 software. The “REGION” software has mobile versions. The “1C-Rarus: Department Resort complex, revision 1” software is designed for complex automation facilities of spa-type. “Kint: Managing sanatorium” is based on the 1C Management-8.2 software, contains such modules as “Hotel”, “Medical Services” and “Diet Food”. The “S-Hospital” software is designed to organize the process of registration, registration of patients, treatment, management of financial calculations and statistical reports, as well as forming the base of the whole history of the patient. Information-analytical system (IAS) “Electronic Hospital” is designed for automation of existing therapeutic and diagnostic processes in health care. Medical Information System “TherDep” allows to do outpatient and inpatient charts of patients with graphics operations, maintenance graphics, video and audio information, information of drugs and so on. The STANDARD Configuration of “Medialog” system allows to keep taking schedule patients, electronic medical records (electronic medical history), to fully automate the jobs of doctors to work with images, etc. The “Intellectual clinic” software is designed to optimize the cost of working time in the clinic, provide electronic document management, to improve information of diagnostic tests.
