[EN] The protection of the cultural immaterial heritage has been an object of regulation for the Law 10/2015, of May 26. The concept of cultural heritage has been changing and adapting to the typology of goods, so much immaterial as materials, and it has been an object of debate on the part of the specialized doctrine. His regulation has been realized worldwide, nationally and self-governing community. We are going to realize an analysis of the concepts, beginning and protection measures of the goods, and the principal protected goods, as well as a critique on the Law and the National Plan of Safeguarding of Cultural Heritage. All this will allow us to conclude with a valuation of the Law and the offers of improvement

El concepto de patrimonio cultural ha ido cambiando y como una crítica sobre la Ley y el Plan Nacional de Salvaguardia del Patrimonio Cultural. Todo ello nos permitirá concluir con una valoración de la Ley y las propuestas de mejora
