Green Building Council Mediterráneo: desarrollo sostenible

[ES] "Green Building Council" o "Consejo para la Edificacion Sostenible" es una organización que representa a todos los agentes del sector de la edificación con el fin de fomentar una transformación hacia una edificación sostenible. Se define como una organización autónoma afiliada a la internacional, sin ánimo de lucro, "World Green Building Council", WorldGBC. En este TFM se proyecta la sede del Green Building Council Mediterráneo, con situación en Valencia, ciñéndose a los valores que la propia sede defiende: ámbito económico, social y ambiental. Por eso mismo, se trata de un edificio bioclimático, inclusivo socialmente hablando y que tiene en cuenta la dimensión económica.
[EN] The Green Building Council is an organization that represents the agents of the building sector in order to promote a transformation towards sustainable development. It is an autonomous organization affiliated to the international, non-profit, "World Green Building Council", WorldGBC. The objective of this Final Project is to design the headquarters of the Mediterranean Green Building Council, based in Valencia, remaining true to the values that the headquarters itself defends: economical area, social front and environmental scene. This being said, the building has been planned as a bioclimatic construction, is socially inclusive, and take into account the economic dimension.
