In this research task, a “Special Examination of the contracting processes for the acquisition of goods and provision of services, through the modality of low-value contracts and electronic reverse auction, its recipient, its use and destination applied to the Municipal Public Transportation Company, Traffic and Land Transportation of Cuenca EMOV EP for the term period from January 1st to December 31st, 2019 ”, in order to evaluate compliance with current regulations, In chapter One, the historical review of the company, its mission, vision, and organizational structure is presented. Chapter Two contains the theoretical framework, which allows us to reinforce the knowledge acquired that is directly related to the project. Chapter Three contains the development of the Special Examination of the contracting processes, through the application of the auditing phases, whose objective is the issuance and presentation of the auditing report. Chapter Four details the conclusions and recommendations that were reached once the project was completed and in the end part are the annexes that show the development of the different phases of auditing
