Abstract

A black-and-white photo of George F. Sternberg posing on a rowboat with a fishing pole and a string of pike, pickerel, and goldeye fish. He is wearing a fedora, jacket, and long pants. Next to the rowboat is a motorboat with a flagpole and a flag at the back. Behind both of these boats is a tent on a scow or barge, which also has two flagpoles and flags, one on each end. In the background, a large outcropping rises on the opposite side of the river.
