Estudio y puesta en valor del Taller y Viviendas Mas LLuch (calle Padre Porta 5).

[ES] Se propondrá el estudio de una vivienda situada en la calle Padre porta en la zona del puerto de valencia que data de 1940 para elevar su categoría a Bien de Relevancia Local, para ello se hará un análisis tanto del urbanismo y el lenguaje constructivo utilizados en los alrededores de la vivienda como de las características propias, el lenguaje, los materiales y todo ámbito del bien en sí. Para ello se utilizará tanto toda la información que se pueda obtener de tesis en internet y datos oficiales que se puedan obtener del registro de Valencia como datos propios obtenidos mediante la observación, el análisis y la toma de datos físicos actuales del bien con el fin de poder desarrollar un estudio para elevar el edificio a bien de relevancia local lo más completo posible dentro de las posibilidades y el marco en el cual nos encontramos hoy en día y pase a estar protegido por el interés cultural que este posee.
