Abstract
- An elastic light scattering based method, making use of phantom nanoparticles as substrate organizer, allowed the quantitative evaluation of the molecular recognition events between a series of inactivated mutants of phospholipase D and lysophosphatidylcholine, highlighting remarkable binding capability modifications by single amino acid substitutions.
