Abstract
- The activation of antimonite and antimony oxides by heavy metal cations was studied using modern physical-chemical methods. Flotation using dialkyldithiocarbamates and their disulphides as collectors was tested at laboratory and industrial scale on ores from the Kadamdzhai and Dzhizhikrut deposits. New reagents to separate arsenic from antimony were tested, Oxafor-1107 (0-1107) and Pemisol, which require no special depressors for arsenic minerals. The effectiveness of hydrothermal pretreatment, including sulphidisation for oxidised ore, is analysed.<br />The activation of antimonite and antimony oxides by heavy metal cations was studied using modern physical-chemical methods.
