Annex A : General Literature Review

In this document we provide a brief review of academic literature with the most common theoretical arguments and general empirical findings on the links between conflict and access to natural resources, especially those related to water more generally as well as groundwater. We further provide insights from reviewing literature on conflict in Somalia.
