Účelová aktualizace souboru historických objektů

Hlavním zadáním diplomové práce je účelová aktualizace souboru historických objektů s vložením architektonického novotvaru. Lokalita - Porta Coeli, Předklášteří u Tišnova. Předklášteří je obec v okrese Brno-venkov v Jihomoravském kraji. Nachází se zde národní kulturní památka klášter Porta coeli. Hlavním zaměřením diplomové práce je nové využití objektu sýpky a objektu ovčína v areálu Porta Coeli. Objekt sýpky je historicky cenná barokní stavba ze 17. století. Jedná se o rozměrný objekt se čtyřmi nadzemními podlažími a podkorovím. V současné době je nevyužíván a jeho technický stav hraničí s ruinou. V rámci projektu je do objektu sýpky navržené primárně krátkodobé ubytování. Kapacitně se bude jednat o objekt s možností ubytovaní hostů v převážně dvojlůžkových pokojích. Restaurace bude dimenzována na 25 hostů. Objekt sýpky bude doplněn o nové okenní otvory, zvýrazněný vstup, s vložením architektonického novotvaru ze zadní. Projekt je úzce navázán na objekt ovčína, který bude přestavěn na multifunkční sál. Dohromady tak zde bude vytvořen komplex ideální na svatby, team building a jiné společenské akce. Objekt ovčína bude propojen svenkovním prostorem. Je navržen jako multifunkční sál pro organizaci společenských událostí se zázemím pro svatby, meetingy. Občerstvení řešeno pomoci cateringu. Do návrhu také patří venkovní úpravy, které reaguje na stávající okolní zástavbu a respektuje kontext dané lokality.
The major goal of masters thesis is purposeful updating of a set of historical objects while also incorporating a new architectural object. Porta Coeli is located in Předklášteří, Tišnov. The thesis focuses on new use of the granary and barn buildings in the Porta Coeli area. The granary is a historically significant Baroque structure from the 17th century. As part of the project, the granary building is designed primarily for short-term accommodation. The structure will mostly house guests in double rooms in terms of capacity. There will be 25 seats available in the restaurant. The building of the granary will be supplemented with new window openings, a highlighted entrance, with the insertion of an architectural innovation from the back. The barn, which will be turned into a multifunctional hall, is closely linked to the project. All of this adds up to a complex that is perfect for weddings, team-building activities, and other social gatherings. The building of the sheepfold will be connected by an outdoor space. It is designed as a multifunctional hall for organizing social events with facilities for weddings and meetings. Refreshments solved with the help of catering. The proposal also includes outdoor improvements that respond to the existing surrounding buildings and respect the context of the given location.
