Abstract

The study analyzes the key drivers of consumer experience in e-services, with the particular goal of defining and quantifying the influence of website quality and university brand assessments on the experience of consumers who are students of a virtual university.<br />O estudo analisa os principais motivadores da experiência do consumidor com serviços eletrônicos (e-services), objetivando especificamente definir e quantificar a influência da qualidade do site e das avaliações da marca da universidade sobre a experiência de consumidores que são alunos de uma universidade virtual.
