Abstract

Annual report of the Utah Office of Child Protection Ombudsman (OCPO). OCPO was established by the Utah State Legislature to help the Department of Human Services (DHS) resolve concerns about the protection of children who are receiving services from the Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS). The purpose of OCPO is to receive and investigate complaints to ensure that proper services are provided by DCFS.
