Interní komunikace ve vybrané společnosti

Diplomová práce se zabývá interní komunikací v podniku Česká Zbrojovka a.s. Hlavním cílem závěrečné práce je navrhnout opatření, která povedou ke zlepšení interní komunikace. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se interní komunikace. Analytická část obsahuje popis společnosti a analýzu současného stavu společnosti. V návrhové části jsou představeny návrhy jak řešit zkoumanou problematiku v oblasti interní komunikace.
This thesis deals with internal communication in the company Česká Zbrojovka a.s. The main aim of the thesis is to propose measures that will lead to improved internal communication. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to internal communication. The analytical part contains a description of the company and an analysis of the current state of the company. The design part presents proposals on how to solve the researched issues in the field of internal communication.
