Větrání stravovacího provozu

Diplomová práce se věnuje simulacím proudění vzduchu v zadaném prostoru pomocí CFD metody. Cílem této práce je navrhnout 2 varianty větrání a vybrat optimálnější variantu s ohledem na rychlost proudění vzduchu v pobytové oblasti. Závěr práce se věnuje návrhu vzduchotechnického systému na zadaný prostor.
Diploma thesis is focused on air flow simulation in the specified space by means CFD method. The main goal of this diploma thesis is to design 2 variants of ventilation and to choose the better one considering airflow speed in the most occupied space. Thesis conclusion is dedicated to is dealing with the design of air-conditioning system for specified space.
