Podnikatelský plán na založení hokejové akademie

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem podnikatelského plánu na založení hokejové klubu zaměřeného na nábor dětí a precizní výukový systém mladých sportovců. Pro tuto příležitost byl vybrán ucelený projekt Českého svazu ledního hokeje zahrnujícího všechna potřebná kritéria pro získání statutu Akademie ČSLH. Diplomová práce se skládá z teoretické části a praktické části, která se bude věnovat veškeré problematice týkající se založení, řízení a správě sportovního klubu ve spolupráci místních škol, města a stávajících hokejových klubů.
This thesis focuses on designing a business plan to create an Ice Hockey Organization that would primarily focus on a recruitment and further athletic development of young players. The Czech Ice Hockey Association's (CSLH) Ice Hockey Academy Project was considered as a baseline for this business plan, so all the necessary CSLH criteria would be met and maintained. The thesis consists of both a theoretical and a practical part, dealing with respective issues that relate to the establishment, management, and administration of the Organization and its partnership with schools, City Councils, and existing Ice Hockey organizations in the territory.
